Return and Refund

No Return allowed for all goods in the store:

• All goods are customised based on your design. Therefore, strictly no return allowed

Conditions eligible for refunds

• Wrong goods are sent

• Item are not delivered within promised 1 months

• Particially refunds if goods are spoiled upon received will based on the % of spoiled good.

• Colour different, our customers own fault of submitting wrong design are not accecptable as reason for refunds
