Delivery typically takes around 15 business days.

However, this timeframe can be extended due to factors such as festivals, holidays, weather conditions, political issues, and other unexpected events.

Additionally, delays in making the second payment can also impact the estimated arrival time.
We recommend placing orders at least one month in advance.

Tracking

Tracking number will be sent via email within 3 days after 2nd payment.

Return and Refund

No Return allowed for all goods in the store:

• All goods are customised based on your design. Therefore, strictly no return allowed

Conditions eligible for refunds:

• Wrong goods are sent

• Item is not delivered within the promised date

• Partially refunds if goods are spoiled upon receive will be based on the % of spoiled goods.

• Colour differences, customers own fault for submitting a wrong design are not acceptable as reasons for refunds
